Keera Jadi, also known as Kira Jari, is a rare Himalayan fungus traditionally valued for its powerful medicinal properties. ​This traditional 2-month course utilizes 15 pieces of Keera Jadi to help enhance physical strength, stamina, and overall vitality. For the best results, follow this continuous 4-day cycle for each root.


​The 4-Day Cycle (Per Root)
​Day 1: Boil 1 piece of Keera Jadi in 3 liters of water. Drink this boiled water gradually over the next 24 hours.
​Day 2: Take the same root and boil it again in 3 liters of fresh water. Drink this water over the next 24 hours.
​Day 3: Boil the same root one last time in 3 liters of fresh water. Drink it over the next 24 hours.
(By the end of Day 3, you will have consumed a total of 9 liters of water from a single root).
​Day 4: Take the boiled root and divide it into two equal parts:
​Morning: Consume the first half with a glass of milk.
​Evening: Consume the second half with a glass of milk.

​Day 5: Begin the exact same 4-day process with the second root.
