Brahmakamal Cap

Adorned with a distinctive chequered satin tape and an embellished  metallic Brahmakamal, the state flower of Uttarakhand that blooms in the high mountains and is offered to Lord Shiva, this boat shaped Kumauni Topi (Cap) is made of cotton fabric, with a soft handfeel. 

Pahadi Ca,p also known as Kumaoni Topi, Garhwali Topi or Uttarakhandi Topi is an important part of Men's traditional Uttarakhandi attire, worn on auspicious occasions. All the craftsmen involved in stitching these caps are from local villages thus helping in their empowerment and giving the product a local touch.
