Moth dal or Moth beans (Vigna aconitifolia) is a type of legume, also commonly known as matki, dew bean, Turkish gram or mat bean. Moth beans are rich in minerals, vitamins, and protein. Alone, moth beans can be a perfect diet with its high level of protein and calcium present. They are rich in vitamin B, which helps converts food into energy fuel for the body. The zinc level present in moth beans acts as an antioxidant which helps to lower stress impacts in the body.
