Sugar free Buransh concentrate / squash is a refreshing Himalayan drink that looks like a regular glass of rose or raspberry sharbat but is actually jelly-like in texture and packed with goodness. It is made from pure Rhododendron (buransh) juice with no artificial ingredients added, except a very small amount of permitted preservative to avoid spoilage, and the entire process – from collecting flowers and carefully picking out the petals to extracting the juice – is done by hand by local pahari village women.
